FREE-SMS 利用規約

This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") sets forth the conditions for the use of FREE-SMS (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") between the Service provider and users who browse and use the Service's website. By browsing and using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If a user does not agree to these Terms, they may not use the Service.
These Terms may be changed by the Service provider without prior notice to users due to the provider's convenience. If a user uses the Service after changes to these Terms, they will be deemed to have agreed to such changes, and the revised Terms will apply.
1. About the Service
- This service is a website created for the purpose of investigating the actual state of SMS verification using disposable phone numbers in Japan.
- The purpose is to measure the actual usage of users by counting with an analytics tool when
clicking the button to copy a phone number.
Updated 2026-02-23: The compiled report is available here. - The phone numbers listed have been confirmed as unused, and SMS verifications are not actually sent; the texts displayed on the timeline are automatically generated.
2. Code of Conduct
Users shall comply with laws and regulations and respect the rights and dignity of third parties. Users agree not to engage in fraudulent activities such as SMS verification proxy or requesting proxy services.
この利用規約（以下「本利用規約」といいます）は、FREE-SMS（以下「本サービス」といいます。）のサイトを閲覧および利用するユーザーとの間で、本サービスの利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本サービスを閲覧・利用することにより本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。ユーザーが、本利用規約に同意しない場合には、本サービスを利用することはできません。
本利用規約は、本サービス提供者の都合により、ユーザーにあらかじめ通知することなく変更されることがあります。ユーザーが、本利用規約の変更後に本サービスを利用する場合、当該変更に同意したとみなされ、変更後の利用規約が適用されるものとします。
1. 本サービスについて
- 本サービスは日本における使い捨て電話番号によるSMS認証の実態を調査する目的で作成されたサイトです
- 電話番号をコピーするボタンをクリックする際に、アナリティクスツールを用いたカウントを行うことで、利用者の実態を測ることを目的としています。
2026-02-23更新: こちらに集計したレポートを載せています - 掲載されている電話番号は未使用であることが確認されたもので、実際にはSMS認証は飛んでおらず、タイムラインに表示されているテキストは自動生成されたものです。
2. 行為規範
ユーザーは、法令を遵守して、第三者の権利及び尊厳を尊重することとします。ユーザーはSMS認証代行および代行者への依頼等の不正行為を行わないことに同意します。
